7.3. Displaying material containing nudity or pornographic material of any kind

7.4. Providing material that is offensive to the online community, including but not limited to profanity, bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, etc.

7.5. Promoting or providing information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals;

7.6. Defaming any person or group;

7.7. Promoting or soliciting for participation in multilevel marketing or pyramid schemes.

7.8. Gathering personally identifiable information for unlawful purposes. Furthermore it is contrary to CD Consulting Group, Inc online policy to send unsolicited emails to the CD Consulting Group, Inc provided addresses of CD Consulting Group, Inc online customers, unless the sender has a businesses or personal relationship to these CD Consulting Group, Inc online customers. CD Consulting Group accepts credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We will bill your credit card before we ship your order. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped however, all sipping and handling fees will be billed when first item ships.

Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank and may reduce the available credit (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. We accept checks from U.S. banks and can accept checks from international banks if the payment is in U.S. funds and the order totals more than $100.00 (U.S. dollars). Warranty Policy

General Terms of Sale

Inspection of Product upon Receipt: You must examine the Product and Accessories when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify CD Consulting Group, Inc within 7 days from the date of delivery or picked up.

Shipment and Title: CD Consulting Group, Inc will arrange to ship the Product and/or Accessories to your address per your request. Title to the Product and/or Accessories passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Limited Warranties

Manufacture Systems: CD Consulting Group, Inc warrant the desktop, notebook and server system to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase including part and labor.

Software: CD Consulting Group, Inc only warrants the BEAT physical CD to be free from defects upon leaving the facilities. If CD becomes defective after the arrival to customer, CD Consulting Group, Inc is not responsible for damage.

All other parts: All other products carried and sold by CD Consulting Group, Inc are subjected to manufacturer warranty. No refunds are allowed for clearance items. All products denoted by an asterisk (*) are to be serviced directly by manufacturer after the first 30 days of the original receipt.

Technical Service: For technical service performed by CD Consulting Group, Inc, there will be 60 days warranty for labor.

Exclusions: Under CD Consulting Group, Inc Warranty & Support Program, coverage will not apply to defects or damage resulting from:

  • Improper packing during return shipment to us
  • Viruses or Trojan horses
  • Smoke damage from fire or tobacco smoke
  • OS deletion or corruption by user attempt to re-install the OS.
  • Damages for loss of data or software restoration
  • Disasters such as floods, fires, winds, earthquakes or lightning
  • Water damage of any kind
  • Incorrect installation of hardware, software, and/or accessories
  • Failure to provide the proper installation environment
  • Peripherals not purchased from CD Consulting Group, Inc or unauthorized attachments
  • Service by any other service center
  • Any other type of abuse, misuse, physical damage or neglect
  • Or where the serial number or rating label has been removed, defaced or altered


Limited Money Back Guarantee

CD Consulting Group, Inc offers a limited money back guarantee for seven (7) days on new products and accessories, with the exception of the BEAT software products or Remote Data Backup Services. There is no money back guarantee on any of our BEAT software products and Remote Backup services. All purchases are final. We offer a 30-day trial on B.E.A.T. 2004, B.E.A.T. 2006, and Remote Backup services only. All consumers have the opportunity to test-drive each of these products before purchase.

CD Consulting Group, Inc will refund the original purchase price of the Product, Accessories, and Unperformed Service and Applicable sales taxes. SHIPPING, HANDLING, CUSTOM FEE, INSURANCE FEES, AND FEES FOR SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN PERFORMED (Including Applicable Sales Taxes) THAT YOU PAID WHEN YOU BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. The Limited Money Back Guarantee is not a warranty. CD Consulting Group, Inc may change or cancel it at any time before accepting your order.


Return & Refund Policy

For items purchased from CD Consulting Group, Inc
  • No refunds are allowed after 7 days from the date the merchandise was picked up or delivered to the customers. CD Consulting Group, Inc allow customers to evaluate software products to be evaluated on a 30-day trial. Trial copies of the BEAT software, and/or Remote Data Backup software must be downloaded from CD Consulting Group's web site. After the 30-day trial period, if any or a customer decides to purchase the product, there will be no refund of any type.

    Note, if client decide not to purchase after the 30-day trial has expired, BEAT software must be removed from computer. If software is not removed, client will be in validation of software piracy, and legal action will be pursued. Client can request that CD Consulting Group's customer care representative removes the software. However, CD Consulting Group will not be held liable for any lost of data. Client is solely responsible for backing up data before CDCG representative remove any application from client's computer system.


For items return to CD Consulting Group, Inc
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for any item purchased from CD Consulting Group, Inc. You must return the merchandise within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. See below on how to obtain a RMA number
  • Original invoice, shipping and packing slip are required for return and refund.
  • No RMA number needed for return to any CD Consulting Group, Inc store locations.


Other general Return and Refund Policies:
  • Most items including clearance items purchased from CD Consulting Group, Inc directly or from our website that become defective within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original invoice are eligible for exchange. All items must be in new and resalable condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. Missing items will be deducted from your refund. Does not apply to BEAT software purchases.
  • Original receipt required for any return and refund.
  • Shipping, Custom Fee (for International Customers) and Handling Free are not refundable.
  • Special order items are subject to 40% restocking fee if returned.
  • We reserve the right to charge restocking fee to any customers up to 40% due to excessive returns. The definition of "excessive" is at sole discretion of CD Consulting Group, Inc
  • Opened software, CD titles; blank CD, and diskettes may only be exchanged for the exact same item and may not be returned for a refund.


Return Procedures

How to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number?
By E-mail:
You can e-mail to RMA@crmcomputers.com any time during the day to obtain an RMA number. You are required to state your invoice number and merchandise that you want to return in your e-mail for verification purposes. A RMA number will be issued within 48 hours after we receive your request.

By Phone: You can call 619-906-1950 to talk to one of our service representatives to obtain a RMA number also. Please have your invoice ready before you call.

Return Product within 7 days after the RMA number is issued
The return merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days after the RMA number is issued. You are responsible for the product and accessories until CD Consulting Group, Inc receive them, and you are responsible for all shipping handling, and insurance charges. Any of these charges paid by CD Consulting Group, Inc will be deducted from your refund. For your protection, CD Consulting Group, Inc always recommends you to insure the shipment for full value.

How Long will it take for the Refund to be issued after CD Consulting Group, Inc receives the returned merchandise?
Refund will be issued after 14 business days after the merchandise is received and upon inspection. CD Consulting Group, Inc will deduct all the missing or damaged product and accessories. To check your refund or RMA status, you can e-mail to RMA@crmcomputers.com or call 619-906-1950 to talk to one of our service representatives.

Method of Refund
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be made to the same card.

Exchange Policy

For Part(s) Exchange:

  • Most items purchased from CD Consulting Group, Inc that become defective within 30 days from the date of pick up or delivered with the original invoice are eligible for exchange for the exact same item. For part(s) exchange, we always recommend you to contact the manufacturer directly for defective exchange for faster service.   • All items must be in new condition and sellable condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories and original receipt required for exchange.
  • Opened software, CD titles, blank CD, and diskettes may only be exchanged if they are not opened

Manufacture Rebate Information

Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. Manufacturer mail-in rebates are subject to the terms and conditions as specified by the individual manufacturer. Mail-in rebates will not be deducted from the selling price of that particular product directly at the point of purchase and the customer will receive a coupon to claim the mail-in rebate from the manufacturer. Sales Tax for the product is based on the original selling price of the product before mail-in rebate.

Exclusion

Under no circumstances is CD Consulting Group, Inc responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may occur during use of the item purchased from CD Consulting Group, Inc or as a result of the product's failure to perform. In all cases, the customer's sole remedy for a product failure is limited to a replacement product or, at CD Consulting Group, Inc’ discretion, a refund not to exceed the original purchase price of the item.

Except and to the extent expressly set forth above, there are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and CD Consulting Group, Inc expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
